THE COLONY, TX – ACProducts Inc., parent company of Armstrong Cabinet Products, has appointed Nick Billig as company CEO effective immediately.

According to information from ACProducts, Billig comes to the company having held a number of general management roles throughout his career in the consumer, industrial and building products sectors. He recently worked 10 years for Masco Corp., initially as CEO of UK-based Moores Furniture kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and later as a Masco Group vice president.

ACProducts is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Industrial Partners. AIP acquired the cabinet business of Armstrong World Industries in late October. ACProducts has a limited license to use the Armstrong brand name and can operate under the Armstrong Cabinet Products trade name for two years.

Incorporated in August 2012, ACProducts offers six wood species for its stock and semi-custom cabinets, including cherry, maple, oak, birch, plantation hardwood, and laminate/thermofoil.The company has 750 employees and 27 service centers, distribution centers and warehouses throughout the United States.
