28 men charged in kidnappings at Philippine plywood plant
MANILA - Police filed kidnapping cases against Abu Sayyaf extremists said to be behind the abduction of three factory workers, including two Chinese nationals, in Maluso, Basilan last week, according to ABS-CBN News.

Police were said to be seeking the safe return of the kidnapping victims, all employees at the Basilan Hi-Tech Woodcraft Ind. Plywood plant. The kidnappings occurred Nov. 10.
