20-20 Technologies Founder in NKBA Hall of FameHACKETTSTOWN, NJ  – Jean Mignault, founder of cabinetry and wood products design software firm 20-20 Technologies, Inc., Laval, Quebec, has been named NKBA's 2012 inductee into the Kitchen & Bath Industry Hall of Fame. Mignault, who is the 83rd inductee, will be honored on April 24 at KBIS 2012 kitchen and bath show in Chicago

Now executive chairman of the board and chief of strategic direction for 20-20 Technologies, Mignault  founded the company in 1987 as an alternative to pen and paper, improving efficiency through his revolutionary design software, and forever changing the way contemporary designers work. 

“It’s not every day that you receive an award that honours your life’s work and so I feel privileged to have been chosen to receive this award from the NKBA," Mignault said in a statement. "I am grateful and honored to be recognized but more importantly, I feel lucky to have had the chance to contribute to an industry that I have been passionate about for so many years.”

"Mignault has left an indelible imprint on the kitchen and bath industry, along with the interior design and furniture manufacturing industries," said Alan Zielinski, 2012 KNBA president. "His contributions have forever opened the door to a new level of innovation.”
