WASHINGTON -- Ross Stores is recalling some 1,200 Acacia wood chairs because they pose a tip-over hazard.

The Pleasanton, CA-based retailer has received five reports of the chair collapsing.

Four of the acacia chair malfunctions resulted in minor injuries, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The recalled chairs featuring a natural finish made of acacia wood, were made in Vietnam. Ross Stores is offering a full refund for the chairs, which sold for about $40 each.
