BRAKEL-ERKELN, GERMANY - Vauth-Sagel named Dirk Eiynck, former marketing executive with Suddekor, to head of product management and marketing, a newly created position at the German cabinetry and hardware firm. Vauth-Sagel is represented in the U.S. by Fulterer.
Vauth-Sagel managing director Claus Sagel says Eiynck will be responsible for the innovation and broadening the product range, for implementing individual customer projects and for the global public image of Vauth-Sagel. Eiynck starts December 1.
The 600-employee, family owned Vauth-Sagel is restructuring to expand beyond furniture and kitchen cabinetry industries, increasing focus on steel, wire, sheet metal, wood and plastic and moving into automotive, recreational vehicles and trailers, and medical care industries.
