WAUSAU, WI - Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc. has promoted Jeff De Lonay president and appointed him to the board of directors. De Lonay will report to Judy Gorski, Kolbe’s chief executive officer. Former Kolbe President Michael Salsieder retired at the beginning of April.

De Lonay has acted as executive VP for the last four years, as president of Kolbe’s subsidiary Point Five Windows & Doors for the last six years, and as VP manufacturing for 13 years. In his new role as president, he will be in charge of Kolbe’s facilities, divisions and operations. Point Five Windows was acquired by Kolbe in 2009.

“Jeff’s market-driven focus will build upon Kolbe’s 68-year history and our success across North America as a leading manufacturer of windows and doors for both residential and commercial markets,” Gorski said.

De Lonay’s tenure at Kolbe spans 30 years and responsibilities have included doorframe production, sales and estimating. In 1997, he was promoted to vice president of customer relations, before accepting the role as vice president of manufacturing.
