Demand for Textured Panels Prompt KML to Add PressTACOMA, WA - Kustom Material Laminators recently invested in a new press in order to keep up with manufacturing demand for wood textures that panel closets and other home surfaces.

The 5’x18’ press will be installed in KML’s manufacturing facility in Tacoma, Washington.

This facility along with its California subsidiary allows KML to produce more than 4,000 textured panels daily. These panels include Edgewood and bistro wood finishes as well as smooth, satin and diamond textures.

A variety of wood grain finishes such as maple, oak and mahogany are also available for paneling. The KML website says that there are 800 patterns and textures offered.

Both manufacturing facilities contribute to KML’s ability to offer machining capabilities for slot wall, edge banding, shelving, contour, vector, drilling and other custom components for paneling and surfacing.
