Mt. Prospect, IL - Bosch, innovator of benchtop saws, routers, dust collectors, and cordless power tools, has developed an online tool for customers awaiting regular service and repairs.
The Bosch E-Repair network directly connects woodworkers and contractors to more than 500 authorized service centers in the Bosch network, providing customized repair submission forms and realtime tracking systems.
"We understand how important it is for our customers to minimize downtime and to get back on the job," said Randy Valenta, Bosch director, product service. He added, "We've optimized the process to decrease wait time and increase transparency, while continuing to offer our industry-leading repair services."
The streamlined service and repair options allow owners to create prepaid UPS shipping labels and follow repair status either by e-mail or on Boschtools.com.
