LAVERGNE, TN - - Closet Maid and sewing machine maker SVP Worldwide have launched an organizational system, Inspira Studio by ClosetMaid, aimed at helping sewers and crafters cut creative clutter. The modular organizational system comes fully assembled.

Inspira Studio furniture's eight-piece collection includes five large, stackable cabinets; two smaller, mobile cabinets; and an activity table. Of the five stackable pieces, SVP calls the patent-pending thread cabinet its flagship.

That piece features full-extension frame to organize and inventory up to 300 spools of thread. Even the deepest part of the cabinet is easily accessible. It features easy glide and tilting thread racks with removable thread bars for access to spools. Additional large cabinets are: the industry-first fabric cabinet, which stores and protects your favorite materials on stylish fabric organizer boards accessible via an easy-slide track system, the mat and hoop cabinet, the three-drawer supply cabinet and the compartment cabinet.

SVP says it is aiming the Inspira Studio furniture collection at millions of do-it-yourself consumers who struggle to organize their growing array of supplies for sewing, crafting, scrapbooking, embroidery, and knitting. The DIY and personalization movement has exploded in recent years. Consumers have spent more than $600 million annually on dedicated sewing and related areas, according to Freedonia Research.

Sold at certified dealers and retailers, each of the eight Inspira Studio pieces will be sold separately, with prices ranging from $499 to $1,499. The furniture comes fully assembled. www.myinspirastudio.com.
