LANHAM, MD -- Designer Denise Butchko of Butchko & Co., Chicago, gave a morning presentation on closet design and design's role in project sales, part of the continuous employee development program at Lanham, MD-based Closet America.

Closet America president Skip LaBella, who contacted Butchko after running across her new book -- "How to Design a Walk In Closet" began the event with an orientation program for Butchko, to familiarize her with the closet manufacturer's unique strategy in design, production, and installation.


LaBella, president of Closet America, will share the strategies that make his Lanham, MD company a household word during the Closets Sessions Conference at Cabinets & Closets 2015.

LaBella, a serial business award winner, was named most recently a Wood Industry Market Leader by Woodworking Network magazine. Closet America earned an Angie's List Super Service Award three years running; received a 2014 Guildmaster Award for Service Excellence (it's fourth consecutive win); and received Best of Houzz 2014 - Service recognition, registering the highest client satisfaction in the Houzz community.
