The ANC Nesting Conveyor from Doucet can be placed at the end of any CNC router which has a rake system to push off finished panels. It is equipped with sensors that automatically engage the conveyor as the panels exit the routing table. The conveyor continues to move until the panels reach the end and trigger the sensors at the end. The operator then is able to remove and stacks the panels, and as this is done, the conveyor drives forward the next panels in line, until all have been removed and the conveyor resets for the next batch of panels. It requires no direct connection to a user’s CNC router. To use, set the conveyor feed speed to match the CNC's rake off speed. Features include a PVC belt; variable speed via VFD from 30 to 60 feet per minute; lateral side fences to guide non square parts from falling; and automated sensors at the infeed and end of the conveyor. The ANC Nesting Conveyor can be sized according to any standard router table. Optional Dust Sweepers can be located on top or bottom of the conveyor with the separate option of dust collection hoods if requested. Also optional is additional programming and a trigger switch for the belt clean up cycle.
