Stiles introduces the Homag laserTec, which is the new production technique that uses a laser to activate a polymer layer contained on edgebanding material. The result is a finished edge that appears so seamless, it’s not achievable using conventional edge processing, Stiles says. Homag laserTec also provides superior bond strength and increased heat and moisture resistance.
