Mockett introduces the EDP/V2 Power Grommet and Wire Management line of accessories and retrofit options to upgrade an existing space or create a new one. EDP/V2 was inspired by the company’s first generation EDP grommet with a 2-1/2" hole size. EDP/V2 is available with four cap options, integrating Power, USB, and advanced cable management systems. Plus, liner assembly is now a threaded cylinder with a locking ring underneath, giving the EDP/V2 a more secure hold to the desktop, says the company. Cables pass through the grommet liner and exit through the slotted openings on either side. Cables can be left in place for easy access at the surface level as the plugs will prevent the cables from slipping back down through the grommet opening, adds Mockett. The EDP/V2 is available with an optional wire manager mold with webbed inlets for cable wrapping for heavy duty or excess cabling and is also available with an optional locking anchor loop security device for securing laptops or other valuables to the work surface. The EDP/V2 grommets are offered in a Black or White finish.
