Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. introduces a new 10-1/4-in. circular saw, the 6470-21, that the company says is not only lighter and easier to use than previous models, but also maintains power and performance without an increase in price. The new 10-1/4-in. circular saw is 1-1/2 lbs lighter than the existing model and has a large bale handle with cushion grip designed to increase comfort and provide better control when handling the saw. With a higher bevel capacity of 60°, the 6470-21 is able to make extreme bevel cuts. The saw maintains its depth-of-cut capacity for cutting 4-in. material on a single pass and is backed by a Milwaukee heavy-duty 5-year warranty, the company adds.
