The DW 800 horizontal bore, glue and dowel machine is designed to drill, glue and insert dowels in rails for doors. The machine is equipped with a heavy duty drill that blows compressed air out the end of the drill to clear all dust from the hole. The selection of the working reference is executed by CNC. The heavy duty double clamps will hold rails horizontally for edge drilling and doweling. The high pressure glue injection system insures a no-drip glue delivery system with electronic precision metering of the glue amount, Delmac says.
