Scm introduces the Superset NT Moulder, which offers a substantial reduction in set up time, up to 20 times faster, as standard equipment, says the company. The machine features axial adjustments of up to 80mm on vertical axis and 45mm on horizontal axis. Several additonal options are available including the Mobile 10 and the T-Set locking system. The Mobile 10 touch screen control allows management of powered axes and/or will check and control manual axes positioning. It memorizes programs and tool data while providing a friendly display, adds Scm. The T-Set device for locking and unlocking tools is accomplished through a gun with compressed air making locking and unlocking tools much easier, says the company.The heavy duty Superset is equipped with pneumatic hold-downs, powered rollers and cardan shaft feed system.
