Martin introduces the Speed 20/10 Table, a rollable spray station for varnishing. The one-meter by two-meter surface is covered with a roll of packaging paper, to which varnish won't stick. The table is designed to allow users to varnish pieces without masking. Martin says that for coating purposes, the work piece’s bottom side is placed on the paper layer on the table top. A pneumatic gear moves the paper on the table after the coating action, adds the company, and ensures safe use around combustible material. A new piece can be placed on a clean surface immediately, says the company. The paper is moved over an anti-static plate of special plastics. The finished work piece can be easily removed from the coating table via pins, which lift up the work piece. The pneumatic lifting components are integrated into the table. The lifting components and the feed of the paper roll are controlled by foot switches, according to the company. The table top is twistable up to 180 degrees for ease of handling. The table is mounted on a welded steel construction, which is easily moved by four large nylon wheels; two of the wheels steer and have brakes. A side cover is made of stainless steel, which facilitates maintenance while protecting against overspray.
