Spectrum Adhesives introduces Spectrum C-Bond WBC water base contact cement in an entirely environmentally friendly system. The adhesive has no VOC’s or HAP’s and is provided in aerosol and canisters using a non-hazardous and equally environmentally friendly propellant system, says the company. The product bonds most materials including laminates, wood based products, leather, cardboard, metals and plastics. It is also post-formable. Spectrum C-Bond WBC is non-hazardous under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, is California VOC compliant as a solvent free product and is also LEED’s compliant, adds Spectrum Adhesives. When sprayed, the product sprays green for easier visibility to control coverage, but turns clear when dry.
