Interlam introduces, Stax, an addition to its Motion II line of textured and embossed architectural wall panels featuring the look of antique tin. Motion II surfaces that can be used in a variety of panels and components for the furniture, kitchen and bath, hospitality, healthcare and retail industries.  Motion II is produced by applying natural wood or reconstituted Alpi veneers, as well as melamine and paintable melamine surfaces, mostly to MDF and plywood substrates. Any veneer of a natural wood species can be used to the customers’ specifications. Through proprietary techniques, surfaces are created in order to obtain many different deep textures, says the company. Interlam panels are suitable for use in the furniture, kitchen and wardrobe doors, wall paneling, entrance doors, office furniture, shop fitting, bars, hotels and for general contractors. Motion II products are tailored specifically to meet the customer’s requirements and specifications.
 The substrates used are certified CARB Phase II compliant and adhesives used are certified. The face veneer is 0.6 mm thick and is preferably a reconstituted veneer. Customers may also specify natural veneers of any wood type. Motion II is available in 4mm and 6mm thicknesses.
