Can someone PLEASE tell me where we can hire true woodworking craftsman? anyone? anywhere? We own a small family business called James & Company, we recycle wood into flooring, furniture, etc. I'm so tired of putting out ads and getting people in here who ALWAYS say: "I've got to have a job to pay child support, I've got to have a job for color code, I've got to have a job or they are going to put me in jail"

I WANT SO BAD TO HEAR, "I WOULD LOVE TO WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY BUILDING CUSTOM FURNITURE!" Is that even possible anymore?? The employees we DO have are just great people and everybody gets along, we have a great work environment, we just need more workers and craftsmen! Oh and we are located in Northeast Alabama, Fort Payne to be exact. James & Company.
