WoodworkingNetwork.com Re-Launch: What Do You Think?
Ready or Not, Controversial Product Safety Website Goes Live

WoodworkingNetwork.com Re-Launch: What Do You Think?WoodworkingNetwork.com re-launched June 10, a mere 30 months after the previous version of WWN debuted.

The short-lived former site served us well as evidenced by the double digit monthly year-over-year page views that the site recorded. But the fast advance of digital communication technologies compelled us to make changes all geared to improving the visitor’s experience to the site.

To this end, the newWoodworkingNetwork.com features a new cleaner less cluttered design, improved key word search capabilities and one-click access to individual content channels geared for Production Woodworking, Custom Woodworking and Home Storage. There also are dedicated content channels for major North American trade shows such as the AWFS Fair this week in Las Vegas and the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Expo (WMS) taking place Oct. 24-26, 2013 in Toronto.

The new site better showcases some of the bells and whistles that were incorporated into its predecessor including woodworking videos, slide shows and cross-links to related stories.

If you are a frequent visitor to WoodworkingNetwork.com, I trust you have noted these changes and that you agree that they represent noteworthy improvements.
