Kevin Ward, president/CEO of A Ward Design in Winter Haven, FL, and featured in our Monday E-Newsletter discussing his views on the importance of attending IWF, is developing a creative approach to connect with his customers.

He and his son, Eric, are producing “how-to” videos that will be featured on their Web site. These videos will be used to generate interest and allow customers to access them if they have a problem with a door, drawer or hinge that needs to be adjusted.

Ward says that they have already invested in video and audio equipment and in the near future they plan to build a soundstage on the top floor of their shop.

This creative approach is a byproduct of their various interests outside of woodworking: Ward use to fly airplanes, his son Eric has a passion for music and his other son, Bryan, developed the Web site, FrooToo.com, based on the YouTube model.
