In  a session titled “Storage and Design Trends Across the Home” a panel of industry experts – Tom Happ, president of Closet Works and Wendy Scott and Patty Miller, Boutique Closets & Cabinetry – will discuss hot topics from wardrobe closets, LED lighting, leather accessories and multi-functional rooms to built-ins, wine storage and more. 

 

The 2019 State of the Industry study commissioned by Closets & Organized Storage magazine found that closet accessories, from shoe cubbies to jewelry inserts are in high demand. Garage upgrades from hanging racks, flooring, lockers and overhead bins are also in demand.

Closet Upgrades: Helping with price increases is consumer thirst for add-ons. Accessories and hardware are key to closing sales by personalizing the space and maximizing revenue for each project.
