(USHS) announced today that it has established a record date and a meeting date for a special meeting of its stockholders to consider and vote upon, among other things, a proposal to adopt the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of August 6, 2012, between USHS, THD At-Home Services, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, Inc., and Umpire Acquisition Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
