NEUMARKT, GERMANY -- Pfleiderer AG, a global manufacturer of composite wood panels and laminate flooring, said it has hammered out an agreement with its creditors on the financial details of its restructuring.

Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH, an international manufacturer of wood panels and flooring, announced plans to close a particleboard plant in Ebersdorf and an MDF plant in Nidda, Germany.

Pfleiderer, owner of Uniboard and Pergo, posted revenue of 381.4 million euros $521.9 million) in the third quarter of 2010, an increase of 9.8% compared to the prior-year period. Exchange-rate effects were responsible for approximately 6% of the increase; the rest was primarily due to higher prices.
