Masonite International announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the door manufacturing operations of Masisa S.A. for approximately $12.5 million.

Masonite International Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of all of the capital stock of Algoma Hardwoods, Inc. Algoma is headquartered in Algoma, WI and manufactures architecturally specified doors at its facilities in Algoma WI and Jefferson City, TN.

Masonite International Corporation has added yet another door manufacturer to its portfolio, acquiring Lemieux Doors Inc. of Windsor, QC.

Masonite International today announced that on March 26, 2012, it completed the acquisition of Baillargeon Doors Inc., headquartered in St. Ephrem, Quebec, Canada.
