HOLLAND LANDING – Four members of the Inscape board of directors resigned on Dec. 23, the same day the office furniture manufacturer was the subject of a successful take-over bid by HUK 121 Ltd., a subsidiary of Hilco Capital Ltd.

HOLLAND LANDING, Ontario – Financially-strapped Inscape, a manufacturer of office furniture, recommended that its stock investors sell all of their outstanding shares in a “friendly takeover bid” by Hillco Capital Ltd.

HOLLAND LANDING, Ontario – Office furniture manufacturer Inscape completed the sale of a 1.35-acre parcel of vacant industrial land for $1.7 million. 

HOLLAND LANDING – Inscape, a manufacturer of office furnishings and movable wall systems, reported total sales revenue of $10.2 million for its third quarter ended Jan. 31, a 12% decline compared to the same period last year. 

Inscape Corp., a manufacturer of office furniture, entered into a new $15 million senior credit facility with FrontWell Capital Partners Inc. to repay existing indebtedness, finance new capital equipment, and for general working capital purposes.
