After four weeks of trial, Jane Swearingen Leger of Provost Umphrey Law Firm obtained a significant confidential settlement on behalf of Traci Evans in regards to an industrial boiler explosion that occurred in June 2006 at Georgia-Pacific's paper mill in Cedar Springs, Georgia.
