Flexsteel reported a 4 percent increase in sales to $109 million and a net income increase of 1 percent during its first quarter of fiscal 2015.

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. reported a strong end to its fiscal year, with $439 million in net sales, a 14 percent increase over fiscal year 2013.

Net sales for Flexsteel rose 19% for the quarter, to $113 million; net sales for the six-month period grew 17% compared to the prior year. Both the residential furniture and contract furniture segments performed well.

Flexsteel Industries Inc. reported record net sales of $217 million for the six month period ended December 31, 2013, a 17% increase from the prior year six month period.

Flexsteel Industries Inc. reported net sales of $104.3 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2013, an increase of 14% from the prior year quarter.

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. reported net sales of $386 million, a 10% increase for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013 compared to $352 million in the prior fiscal year. Net income increased to $13.2 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, the highest ever reported by the Company, from $13.1 million in the prior fiscal year. The current year includes executive transition costs of $1.3 million.
