Flexsteel Industries Inc. reported record net sales of $217 million for the six month period ended December 31, 2013, a 17% increase from the prior year six month period.

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. an Iowa-headquartered upholstered furniture manufacturer and marketer, has joined forces with Wales-based Westbridge Furniture Designs Limited, to bring Flexsteel’s brand of quality American engineering and construction to the United Kingdom.

Flexsteel Industries residential furniture sales rose 14% last quarter, to $67 million. Commercial furniture sales were flat at $18 million.

Flexsteel Industries reported net sales of $185.8 million, a 12% increase for the six month period ended December 31, 2012 as compared to the prior year six month period.

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. today reported net sales of $91.2 million, a 12% increase for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012 as compared to the prior year first quarter. Residential net sales were $72.3 million in the current quarter, an increase of 16% from the prior year quarter of $62.5 million.

The Board of Directors of Flexsteel Industries, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable April 6, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 23, 2012.

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. today reported net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011 of $85.0 million compared to $82.8 million in the prior year quarter, an increase of 2.6%.

Flexsteel Industries, a furniture manufacturer and importer, says revenue fell 8% during the second quarter versus one year ago.
