Ltd. is considering shutting down its St. Stephen, NB, mill and moving operations to another location after a $3.2-billion New Brunswick-Quebec power deal fell through, according to the Vancouver Sun. The newspaper quoted Kelly Shotbolt, president and CEO, as saying that the power plant would have saved his company approximately $1.5 million in energy costs.
