The warehouse will help satisfy increased demand resulting from five new Dieffenbacher plants commissioned in Thailand.
Upon full production, the line will produce up to 285,000 square meters of LVL per year.
EPPINGEN, Germany -- Three new Dieffenbacher lines produced first boards in a four-day period in June. The Chinese Wanhua Group and its subsidiary Wanhua Ecoboard reported that on June 10, the first board rolled off the production line at their Jingzhou site in Hubei Province. Three days later board production began in Tongling, Anhui. Wanhua produces particleboard made from rice straw on both lines.
The scope of delivery includes a three-head forming station, the forming line and a 42-meter long CPS+ continuous press with an emissions control system.
Dieffenbacher subsidiary Maier will contribute its wood yard and chipping technology.
Guangxi Lelin will produce boards ranging from 1 to 5 mm in thickness at the new high-speed THDF plant near Nanning in Guangxi province.
In June 2014, Tableros Hispanos resumed particleboard production at the multi-opening plant in Nadela.
Utilizing Dieffenbacher's expertise in particleboard, Roseburg Forest Products will produce approximately three million cubed feet of LVL boards per year on one line.
