"We posted revenue of $121.0 million in our fourth quarter, a 5.8% increase against the backdrop of an increasingly difficult macroeconomic environment as we head into another year," reported Spilman.

After two buyout offers for Bassett Furniture, the holding company, CSC Generation, has made public its desire to purchase the iconic furniture company.

Bassett Furniture said increased sales of its outdoor furniture products in 2021 has it focused on growing that product line even further.

Bassett enters into long-term agreement to utilize the services of Zenith Freight Lines.
