Facility Concepts adds to its portfolio with new acquisition

WHITESTOWN, Ind. - Facility Concepts Inc., a manufacturer of commercial furniture, including fixtures, millwork, and décor has expanded its product offering and production capabilities with the acquisition of Surface Technologies Inc., also known as SurfaceTech, a manufacturer of conference and board room tables and meeting space furniture. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Century Components acquires Dutch Valley Woodworking

Century Components acquired Dutch Valley Woodworking for an undisclosed sum. The purchase and a planned new facility will bring the company's production and warehouse space to about 100,000 square feet. The acquisition, along with the upcoming groundbreaking of Century Component's new 55,000-square-foot facility, will provide the company with more than 100,000 square feet of production and warehousing space by the end of 2022.
