Prefabricated buildings are transported to the desired site via truck, where they are then deployed.

Modular components give each structure a reconfigurable layout allowing it to become a home, school, shop, hotel or office. Each unit expands to three times its transport size at 64 square meters.

Designed to be operated with the bare minimum supply of power, the units achieve their strength through precise engineering and leverage. Units can be opened and closed using a hand-held battery-powered drill.

The buildings also feature solar panels and bolt-on battery storage for off-grid living.
