I have a few teak chairs that I would like to get functional.1. Some of the seats are detached. The bolts are missing to re-attach them. Where is the best place to find replacements? I have a few of them so I can measure what I need, but need to get more. 2. Many of the upholstered seat backs are off. They were attached with nails that dont seem to have a head. How do I re-attach them without using glue. Thank you. Erin
