Executives from HOMAG Group and Stiles Machinery met exclusively with Woodworking Network to discuss the opportunities and synergies of the two companies following the news on February 3 that HOMAG acquired Stiles. 

The interview was held at Stiles Machinery’s headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. On hand for the interview were HOMAG Group Chief Strategy Officer Jürgen Köppel, new Stiles Machinery President and Homag Canada President Christian Vollmers, and Peter Kleinschmidt, former Stiles Machinery president and newly-named Stiles supervisory board member.

Stiles Machinery sells and services a wide range of panel processing and solid wood machinery along with systems solutions for U.S.-based manufacturers in all aspects of woodworking, including: cabinetry, residential furniture, contract furniture, architectural woodwork, wood components and storage solutions.
