An undulating plywood and MDF desk measuring 4,400 square feet provides side-by-side seating for the Barbarian Group's 100 employees. The New York City ad agency says it has room for 50 more, plus coves for meetings. Designed by architect Clive Wilkinson, it was machined in Los Angeles and shipped flat pack to New York. A white resin surface was poured on site.
