Brazil's Favo Moveis Adds Cabinet Furniture Manufacturing SystemRIO DE JANEIRO - Favo Moveis, a leading Brazilian cabinetry and furniture manufacturer, has contracted to add to a 20-20 Enterprise inSight solution – an end-to-end manufacturing software solution for the furniture industry.

Established in 1938, Rio de Janeiro-based Favo holds a prominent place in the Brazilian marketplace as a custom cabinetry manufacturer. With over 100 employees in its Rio de Janeiro plant, Favo Moveis  - also owns three large retail stores in São Paulo, Belém and Rio de Janeiro.

“Our current production process is complex and relies upon numerous systems and software solutions that are not integrated, resulting in many redundant manual operations that are costing the company time and money," says Mauricio Herszenhaut, director at Favo. "With the adoption of inSight solutions, we will provide our people with an integrated, efficient & seamless capability to design and deliver furniture.”

Favo expects its plant manufacturing production processes will be optimized and more agile and responsive to change. The 20-20 Technologies end-to-end suite of software integrates all functions of the interior design process – from design to manufacture – simplifying customization, and reducing duplication of effort.

Favo has developed an effective infrastructure to manufacture its lines of cabinetry, kitchens and bathrooms. Environmentally sustainable, Favo uses wood from reforestation and environmentally friendly raw materials.
