Responding to customer demands, Safety Speed Mfg. redesigned the 7400 series vertical panel saw to integrate with a TigerStop® or SawGear™ system. TigerStop® is an automated stop/gauge and pusher system with an easy-to-use computerized interface. Simply enter a dimension on the keypad and the stop positions itself for accurate cuts every time. This tough and durable system is ideal for medium-high level metal and wood production shops.

SawGear™ is an affordable solution perfect for home center stores, as well as, small-mid size shops needing an efficient automated machine for metal and wood production. This precise and rugged length measuring system comes equipped with an intuitive keypad allowing instant positioning of the stop for accurate cuts every time.

Both systems easily mount to the Safety Speed Mfg. vertical panel saw. Shops can expect a dramatic setup and cutting time savings, while substantially reducing material waste and rework, labor costs, installation time and manual processes.
