Dynabrade's Dynafile abrasive belt tool grinds, deburrs, blends, and finishes normally inaccessible areas on metal, plastic, fiberglass, and other composites. With a patented abrasive belt tracking system built into every Dynafile, the tool uses coated abrasive belts in 1/2in., 1/4in. or 1/8in. wide by 24in. long. The Dynafile features a lightweight, composite housing that reduces vibration and is thermal insulated to prevent cold air transmission to the operator’s hands. Weighing only three pounds, the tool delivers 20,000RPM with an air motor that is adjustable to the most comfortable throttle lever position.
