The RG32/20 Z “Shorty” wood waste grinder features a shorter feed ram, providing it with a smaller footprint and allowing it to be retrofit in tight areas or to maximize utilization of space in new facility installations, Graco says. Ram feed strokes are calibrated for maximum throughput efficiency. The RG32/20 Z features dump and run operation, so its entire hopper can be filled with waste and then processed with the push of a button.

The unit’s hopper has a volume capacity of 0.75 cubic yards and a 32 in. by 28 in. hopper opening. Its 15-in.-diameter rotor has 15 cutting inserts, is powered by a 20-hp motor, turns at 280 rpms and is fed by a 2-hp two speed hydraulic ram.
