ShopBot's Buddy® is designed for industrial, commercial, or residential applications cutting in wood, plastics, and aluminum. The company says the Buddy incorporates many of the same features as ShopBot’s full-size industrial systems, yet weighs less than 600 lbs. and occupies as little as 16 sq. ft. of floor space. Delivered fully assembled and with optional casters, the Buddy uses moving decks that are available with either a 24 by 32 in. work area or a 24 by 48 in. work area and can be expanded with the use of a PowerStick attachment to lengths up to 8 ft.
