Grenville Invests in Humble Abode, Inc.
Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GRC)says it contracted for a gross sales royalty from Humble Abode, Inc. in exchange for an advance up to $1 million USD. Humble Abode's will pay a royalty rate of between 1% and 4% of sales.
