Woodworking enthusiast and actor Nick Offerman, whose "Parks & Recreation" character teaches woodshop using Offerman's real life skills, is in Chicago (Oct.3) and Los Angeles (Oct. 4) promoting his latest book, "Paddle Your Own Canoe."
