LAS VEGAS – The principals of World Market Center announced that Bob Maricich, has been appointed as the company’s new president and CEO.
Maricich spent the last 11 years with Hickory, NC-based Century Furniture Industries, where he most recently served as president and CEO. He also served for many years on the American Furniture Manufacturers Assn.’s Board of Directors and was most recently past chairman of the executive committee. He was also appointed by the Governor of North Carolina to be chairman of the North Carolina Furniture Export Council, a position he held from 2000 to 2004.
