Wood toys declared a choking hazardWASHINGTON -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced the recall of approximately 400 wood Parents Busy Time Activity Center.

The product was manufactured in China and imported by Manhattan Group LLC of Minneapolis, MN. According to the CPSC, wood pegs on the xylophone activity can come loose, posing a choking hazard to young children. The CPSC added that it has received one report of a child putting a peg in his mouth; no injuries have been reported.
