WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Wirutex, an Italian manufacturer of polycrystalline and carbide tools, will display a variety of its products including tooling for edgebanding applications at Wood Pro Expo Florida, co-located with the Closets Conference & Expo, June 8-10 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Wirutex’s Smart Pit Stop system is an adjustable PCD-tipped pre-milling cutter for squaring and edgebanding machines. The flexible Smart Pit Stop system features independent adjustment of the upper and lower parts allowing it to process work panels of various heights. Parts can be fed at speeds up to 20m/minute.  Noise levels are contained to 70 dB.

The company will also exhibit saw blades used in edgebanders for end trimming and cutting of glued edges at booth #327.

In addition to edgebanders, Wirutex manufactures cutting tools for CNC routers, drilling machines, and panel saws. The company offers products that can be used for machining particleboard, MDF, and plastic composites.
