UXBRIDGE, MIDDLESEX, UK — TitusPlus Group and Kessebohmer/Hafele have agreed to terms for the transfer of the customers, products and assembly plant of Huwil door lifter systems and sliding door systems for furniture and kitchen applications. The transfer will be effective on September 1. Both companies will cooperate in the transfer to ensure that existing arrangements for customer orders remain unaffected.
