Three founders of Forest Business Network promoted

Craig Rawlings, Chairman

PORTLAND, Ore. — Trifecta Collective LLC, the owner of the International Mass Timber Conference, has announced new executive leadership roles for Craig Rawlings, who becomes Chairman; Arnie Didier, who is now Chief Executive Officer; and Tom Waddell, who assumes the role of Chief Marketing Officer, all effective immediately.

Their new roles bring a continued commitment to lead Forest Business Network, the International Mass Timber Conference, and the mass timber movement at large.

"With the 2025 event just 75 days away, and poised to be one of the largest by all key metrics, this announcement could not have come at a better time," said Trifecta Collective CEO Rick McConnell. "We deeply respect and admire the contributions Craig, Arnie, and Tom have made to the mass timber industry, and we look forward to continuing the excellent partnership we have for the foreseeable future."

The International Mass Timber Conference, owned and produced by Trifecta Collective and co-produced by Woodworks, is the world’s largest gathering of mass timber professionals — including designers and architects, engineers, builders, mass timber manufacturers, and developers. The 2025 conference is scheduled for March 25-27 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, and is expected to draw over 3,000 attendees and over 200 exhibiting brands from more than 30 countries.

"The success of FBN and IMTC are the culmination of our life's work and our greatest professional achievements," said newly-appointed Chairman Craig Rawlings. "On behalf of all of us, we are so grateful for the opportunity to continue in these roles and appreciate the support of the industry and our friends at Trifecta."

Registration is open at masstimberconference.com and full passes are $1125 through the final early bird deadline of February 19, 2025.
